박사과정 전공자격시험 대상자
[ 신소재공학부 박사과정 5학기 미만/ 통합과정 3~8학기 재학생]
우리 학부의 박사학위수여 내규에 의거,
2018학년도 2학기 박사학위 자격시험(Qualifying Exam) 일정을 안내드립니다.
아래의 일정 확인하시고 시험응시를 희망하는 경우 첨부의 신청서를 2018.12.03.(월)~12.12.(수)까지 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
* 응시 학기: 2018학년도 2학기
* QE시험일: 2019. 01. 10.(목) 13:00~18:00, 금호생명 지하B101 강의실 (시험은 접수현황에 따라 시간 및 장소는 변동될 수 있음)
* 응시대상: 신소재공학부 박사과정 및 통합과정 재학생
(학부내규 의거 박사과정 입학 후 5학기 시작 전까지 합격해야 함)
* 응시자격: 교과과정 27학점 이상 이수한자
* 응시과목: 최근 2년간(4학기) 개설된 과목 중 3과목 선택
- 지도교수의 과목은 1과목 이하로 한정
- 교과목 담당교수당 1과목으로 제한
- 퇴직교원 과목 신청 불가(김원배, 장윤희 교수)
* 응시횟수: 2회까지 가능(단, 지도교수 petition에 의해 1회에 한해 추가 기회 부여)
* 합 격 선: 과목당 100점 만점으로 60점 이상 합격(60점 미만 과락 적용)
※ 과락된 과목에 한해 추후 재시험 가능
※ 재시험 시 과락한 과목을 신청하지 않아도 됨 (다른 과목 신청 가능)
※ 시험접수 후 응시철회 또는 백지답안지 제출은 불가함
* 신청기간: 2018. 12. 3.(월) ~ 2018. 12. 12.(수) 18시까지
* 신청방법: 신청서 작성 후 학부사무실로 제출 (담당 : 기민정 T. 2303)
* 시험결과 발표: 시험실시 후 2주일 이내 개별통지

[Notice of Qualifying Exam for the 2nd Semester 2018 (2019.01.10.(Thur.))]
According to the SMSE Internal Regulations,
We would like to inform you the application period for the Qualifying Exam in the 2nd Semester of 2018 as follows.
* Exam Date : 2019. 01. 10.(Thur.) 13:00~18:00, Kumho B101
(The Exam schedule will be announced later)
* Applicants : Ph.D. candidates of SMSE and must take more than 27 credits
(Should be pass QE before the beginning of 5th semester since his/her admission)
* QE subject :
- choose 3 subjects opened during the last 4 semesters
- only one subject can be chosen taught by his/her advisor
- one subject per one professor
- courses in the present semester included
- Can not apply for the course of Prof. Kim Wonbae, Prof. Jang, Yunhee (Retirement)
* Application Times : 2 times available (one more chance will be available with the advisor's petition)
* Points : passed over 60/100 points per subject
※ make-up exam is applicable for the subject under 60 points
* Application Period : December 03.(Mon.) ~ December 12. (Wed.)
* Please fill out the attached application and submit to the school office
* Applicant get the result paper within two weeks after QE
I will announce the time schedule of QE, place and detail information to applicant.
