금번 시험에 응시를 희망하는 경우, 첨부된 신청서를 작성하시어 오는 6월 16일(목)까지 학부사무실(또는 이메일 mse@gist.ac.kr)로 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[2022학년도 1학기 박사과정 전공자격시험(QE) 공고]
* 응시 학기: 2022학년도 1학기
* 시험일시 및 장소: 2022. 7. 14.(목) 09:00~ , 강의실 201호
(응시현황에 따라 시험 시간 및 장소는 변동될 수 있음)
* 응시대상: 신소재공학부 박사과정 및 통합과정 재학생
- 학부내규에 의거, 박사과정 입학 후 4학기, 통합은 입학 후 6학기 이내에 합격해야 함
* 응시자격: 교과목 27학점 이상 이수한 사람
* 응시과목
- 최근 3년간(6학기) 개설된 과목 중 3과목 선택 (첨부파일 참조)
- 지도교수 과목은 1과목 이하로 한정
※ 교과목 담당교수별 과목 수 제한 없으며, 바로 직전학기 강의 과목도 신청 가능함
※ 퇴직교원 과목 신청 불가
* 응시횟수: 2회까지 가능(단, 지도교수 petition에 의해 1회에 한해 추가 기회 부 여 = 박사과정 5학기, 통합과정 7학기 이내)
* 합 격 선: 과목당 100점 만점으로 60점 이상 합격 (60점 미만 과락 적용)
※ 과락된 과목에 한해 추후 재시험 가능
※ 재시험 시 과락한 과목을 신청하지 않아도 됨 (다른 과목 신청 가능)
※ 시험접수 후 응시철회 또는 백지답안지 제출은 불가함
* 신청기간: 2022. 6. 9.(목) ~ 2022. 6. 16.(목) 18시까지(마감기한 준수!!)
* 신청방법: 신청서(첨부양식) 작성 후 학부사무실 또는 이메일(mse@gist.ac.kr)로 기한 내에 제출 (담당: 김율아 T. 2303)
* 시험결과 발표: 시험실시 후 1주일 이내 개별통지
* 이의제기: 불합격 통지를 받은 경우 7일 이내에 이의신청을 할 수 있으며, 이의신청이 있는 경우에는 QE담당 교원과 면담 실시 후 이를 학사운영위원회에서 심의함

[Notice: SMSE Qualifying Exam for the 1nd Semester 2022 (2022.7.14.(Thur.))]
According to the SMSE Internal Regulations,
We would like to inform you the application period for the Qualifying Exam in the 1nd Semester of 2022 as follows.
Students who have already passed the QE should ignore this email, and students who will not take the QE at this time should refer to it in preparation for the future.
* Exam Date : 2022. 7. 14.(Thur.) 09:00~ , SMSE #201
(The Exam schedule and place may be changed, please check announce later)
* Applicants: Ph.D. candidates of SMSE and must take more than 27 subject credits
(Should be pass QE before the beginning of 5th semester(Ph.D,Course) since his/her admission)
* QE subject :
- choose 3 subjects opened during the last 6 semesters (refer to the attached file)
- only one of 3 subjects can be chosen taught by his/her advisor
- courses in the present semester included
- No limit to the number of subjects per one professor
- Can not apply for the course of retired Professor
* Application Times : 2 times available (one more chance will be available with the advisor's petition)
* Pass: passed over 60/100 points per subject
※ make-up exam is applicable for the subject under 60 points
* Application Period : Jun 9(Thur.) ~ Jun 16 (Thur.), 2022
* Please fill out the attached application form and submit to the SMSE office (or send it by email, “mse@gist.ac.kr”)
